The kids were in the kitchen today. We rolled out bread dough and cut it into sunflower shapes. We decorated with yellow frosting, mini chocolate chips and of course, sprinkles! Delicious sunflowers!
Painting with cars!
The kids did some cool hand-on science projects. We learned about liquids and reactions.
Finger painting fun!
Cornstarch quicksand goo was a great science experiment. It is not a solid or a liquid-the mixture is a suspension, with properties of both. Very cool to make a solid ball and then have it melt through your fingers, or slap it with a hammer and it won’t splatter.
Children’s Garden family picnic
Helping make pizza for snack.
We picked juicy, Michigan strawberries from our garden today! They were delicious!
Bev The Music Lady came today to do a demo class for us. Very fun!
