Using scraps of material to create clothes for the woodkins.
We read an informational book about pumpkins, tasted some roasted pumpkin seeds, talked about the parts of a pumpkin and how they grow. We also looked inside a pumpkin and pulled out the seeds and pulp.
Our pumpkin patch! We had a green pumpkin, a yucky pumpkin, and a few nice sized orange pumpkins! The children from last year planted the seeds in May.
Fall clean up in the garden today. Great job working together to pull out the stubborn zinnia flowers!
Banana ghost for snack
The children love pounding golf tees into the pumpkin, and then using the “claw” part of the hammer to get them out. This is a favorite fall activity!

They are counting 3 part cards. When I said, “Say cheese!” they both said, “Numbers!”
We were busy in the garden today. The children dug up 2 wheelbarrows full of carrots!
